As a college student with a busy schedule, I have found it hard to find a diet and exercise plan that fits into my schedule that I stick to and that gives me optimal results. With rising obesity rates, and the standards that people are held to today, I would like to research how diet and exercise play into our society and the media. I also plan to research different diet and possibly shed some light on what types of plans work best and aid in creating a healthy lifestyle.
I like your idea and can't wait to read more.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good topic, especially being January and all. :)

ReplyDeleteI've never been one who "exercises" in the way that normal people do, but I'm interested to learn if there are ways I can improve my diet to be a little healthier
ReplyDeleteThe winter always poses a challenge for me with regards to exercising because I find it hard to stay motivated, and because my diet tends to go south with that lack of motivation. I'm interested to read more of your blog in the coming weeks, it sounds great!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great subject to talk about. With everyone in America today being so focused on family and work, it's hard to find a balance between a busy life and staying healthy.
